  The service staff here need a lesson in customer service as they obviously fail to realize the importance of maintaining any relationship. You'll almost feel like apologizing for being such an inconvenience by having a routine oil change done. (even with an appointment) And don't expect more then the minimum... a smile might even be stretching it - but if you get one take it and count yourself lucky! So if you have to get service done here, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

  In comparison to dealerships in London, I found the sales staff to be very friendly and not too pushy. Everything in terms of purchasing a vehicle here was great - I figure I received a bigger bang for my buck, however, when it comes to having your vehicle serviced, look elsewhere.

  I traded in my 4 door jeep wrangler for a 2 door, got exactly what I wanted in a very good time frame. I go there for service on my jeep all the time, the people are polite and respectful. They go above and beyond to keep me happy.

  I live in Guelph and I’m telling you it’s worth the drive to come to AllRoads Dodge! You will not find a better place that’ll treat you right anywhere else and the pricing is unbeatable (even compared to the city).
